Step 3:Submit Requested Documents   

What type of documents may be requested? When are they due? What type of documents may be requested? 1. Signed copies of a federal tax return of the student, spouse, and/or parents. 2. Copies of W-2's of the student, spouse, and/or parents. 3. Verification worksheet. (Attention: Military Personnel) 4. A copy of the birth certificate to authenticate citizenship. 5. A copy of the Selective Service Registration card for verification of registration. 6. A copy of the social security card to verify the correct name and number on the file with the Social Security Administration. 7. A copy of the resident alien card for documentation of eligible non-citizens. 8. A degree status form to determine coursework required for the completion of program. Back to Top When are they due? To ensure that you are processed on or before the fee payment deadline date, all of your documents should be submitted before the applicable deadline dates. We recommend that you respond to any request for additional documents within 10 days. See our Calendar of Important Dates for further information on deadline dates.
