Admission Applications

Undergraduate
Complete the undergraduate application if you have not graduated from college and wish to enroll as an undergraduate student at Columbus State University. You may also complete a paper undergraduate application (pdf).  If you have previously attended CSU and wish to enroll as an undergraduate student again, please fill out an Undergrad Re-Entry Form (pdf).

Graduate
Complete the online graduate application if you wish to enroll as a graduate student at Columbus State University and have graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. You may also complete a paper graduate application (pdf).

International
Complete the appropriate undergraduate or graduate application if you wish to enroll at Columbus State University as a graduate or undergraduate student and your native language is not English.
