Graduate students

A student who holds a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited by one of the regional accrediting associations.

Listed below are the requirements for graduate students:

• Have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
• Application + $25 non-refundable application fee
  (apply online or print form) (PDF)
• Certificate of Immunization (PDF)
• Official transcripts (PDF) from each college or university previously attended.
  Students who have Columbus State University degrees are not required to provide CSU transcripts.
• Several graduate programs have additional requirements.
