The two new apartment buildings, Broadway Crossing and Columbus Hall, add 252 beds to CSU’s RiverPark campus and include retail shops at street level. The Rankin, historic home to 108 students in 35 loft apartments since 2001, remains available as an option for living at CSU’s RiverPark campus.
