Apartments at CSU's RiverPark campus are conveniently located to serve students in nearby art, music and theatre classes. They are open to any CSU student, so apply now for admission.

Freshmen Housing Requirement

*** Beginning Fall 2009, all entering freshmen must reside in on-campus housing operated by the university.***


The two new apartment buildings, Broadway Crossing and Columbus Hall, add 252 beds to CSU’s RiverPark campus and include retail shops at street level. The Rankin, historic home to 108 students in 35 loft apartments since 2001, remains available as an option for living at CSU’s RiverPark campus.
