Class of 2005
Tara Brady Thompson
William and I married on July 16, 2005. Then, we spent a week in Jamaica for our honeymoon. Now, we are living in Buena Vista, GA. I am teaching Spanish at Tri-County High School. I am also the assistant cheerleading coach there. I really enjoyed being married and teaching. William is VERY supportive, and my kids WANT to learn. I am truly blessed.
Thomas Hill
Thomas is currenly the manager of Habitat for Humanity's Renovation Station.
Erin Cawthorne
Erin is currently on staff with Young Life in North Carolina.
Loryn Edmonds
Loryn is currently working at Cascade Hills Church as the Women's Leader in High School Student Ministry.
Melissa Chaney
I graduated from Columbus State with my Masters of Business Administration in August of 2006 and have been working at Our House, a campus of the Methodist Home for Children and Youth as their Director of Marketing and Fund Development since June of 2006. I enjoy what I do and look forward to making a difference everyday.
Cathleen Kirkland
I am currently teaching 1st grade at Edgewood Elementary. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. I will finish my Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership in August 2007. During my 1st year teaching I was named "Muscogee County 1st year Teacher of the Year." When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and friends, take pictures, travel, and scrapbook. I recently just came back from London, England.
Alisha Herrington
Alisha is currently working at TSYS.
Ben Thigpen
I am currently working at the Columbus Bank & Trust Uptown Center as a Credit Associate, and I'm training to be a Commercial Underwriter. I will be getting married on March 4th to Miss Carley Wood of Columbus, GA. I just bought a house, which was built in 1950, a few months ago, so I have been spending much of my time sanding, painting, planting, etc. I also became an uncle 10 weeks ago, and I was ordained as a Deacon of my church on my birthday two weeks ago! I'm very excited about what God is doing in my life!
