Program Benefits
The Servant Leadership Program offers many benefits to participating students.  Students have the opportunity to explore their leadership and personality preferences, discover their passions through various community service placements, and develop their leadership skills through academic seminars.

Members of the program can enjoy the following:

   • Invitations to retreats, conferences, and social functions of the SL Program
   • Mentoring opportunities
   • Personal Development Assessments and feedback with Pastoral Institute professionals
   • Participation in all SL Seminars, which count as elective academic credit in Area J
   • Friendship with a highly motivated group of students committed to the SL principles
   • Co-curricular transcript that documents leadership activities
   • Networking opportunities and exposure to successful servant leaders in the community
