Meet our staff!
Program Director: Dr. Stuart Rayfield
Associate Director: Fran Magoni
Program Assistant: Liz Freeman
Stuart Rayfield
serves as the Director of the Columbus State University Servant Leadership
Program. She coordinates and teaches the eight LEAD courses that serve as
the academic foundation of the program. Additionally, she is responsible
for recruiting new students into the program and serving as an ambassador
for CSU and Servant Leadership in the community. She works collaboratively
with the Pastoral Institute in administering the Servant Leadership
Program. Stuart holds a Ed.D. in Leadership, Policy, and Organizations from
Vanderbilt University, a M.A. in Higher Education Administration from The
University of Alabama, and a B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College.
She has previously worked at TSYS, Auburn University, Vanderbilt University,
Middle Tennessee State University, and The University of Alabama.
Fran Magoni
serves as the Director of the Center for Servant Leadership at the Pastoral Institute
in Columbus, Georgia. Fran handles volunteer agency placements and
mentoring for the Servant Leadership Program, and she coordinates keeping
track of the service hours program students complete in the community.
Fran also directs the Associate Program, recruiting new students each
semester who are interested in learning about the servant
leadership philosophy.
Liz Freeman
is the newest member of the Servant Leadership Program staff. She is a
sophomore at CSU. She is a member of the Servant Leadership Program. Liz is majoring in
Early Childhood Education. She works closely with both stipend and
associate students in the Servant Leadership Program.
